this is generally a private, closed group just for Silver's friends, both friends they already have and people they would like to get to know better who seem to be nice, chill people. invite requests will not be accepted unless Silver recognizes the requester and they're not someone who left in a dramatic or otherwise negative way.
membership can be both IC and OOC in games that allow for RP; members are free to RP being part of this group, but are not obligated to and shouldn't automatically be assumed by other people to be IC members.
