i have a few other accounts as well, that are inactive art-wise for various reasons: inkbunny, instagram, pillowfort, weasyl. these are generally unused at this point. i did have a tumblr and twitter at one point, but have since deleted them.

my work is not free-use or under any creative commons license; all rights are reserved. this means my work is for private, personal, not-for-profit use only – things like using my art as your phone wallpaper is completely fine, or saving it to your computer to look at offline.
this does also mean there are many things i don't allow, some of them under legal clause and some of them simply my personal boundaries.

• editing or modifying my work in any way, except to resize the entire image without removing anything (no cropping!), or saving it as a different file format is forbidden. unless it was drawn specifically for you, in which case feel free to crop the picture as much as you want for things like user icons and banners!
• uploading my work to any website (including for use in personal website layouts), again unless it was drawn specifically for you, is also forbidden.
• visible reference is required for using my work, even if the art was made for you. this can be in the form of a text link back to this website or my artfight account, or the image itself link to either of these sites.
• if you must add your own watermark to art i've made for you, the watermark itself must have a visible reference to me as the artist and a written out link to one of my websites. (hopefully this is obvious, but watermarking my art if it wasn't made by you is disallowed entirely.)
• claiming my work as having been made by you or by someone who isn't me is forbidden as well.
• using any of my work in anything especially for-profit and A.I./M.L.-generated art is forbidden too.

this isn't up for debate or negotiation!

i do not disallow my work's use in AI/Machine Learning generated art because i think A.I. art is inherently evil or something, but more so because the developers of most A.I. art generators do not show any respect for the human artists who made the artwork their generation software uses. i will only revert my stance on machine generated art when the creators of all A.I. art generating software adds references for all the already-made artwork used to generate an A.I. artwork piece, and can prove their generator only sources free-use art, or that otherwise all the artwork used by their software is done with the explicit permission of every artist who made every single work in their databases.

(to be clear, i'm not laboring under some delusion i'm a vastly more popular or skilled artist than i actually am that people are just clamouring to use my art in things left and right, but i've read the recountings of legal entanglements from well-known artists i've followed over the years enough to want to make sure people are made aware my art is mine and not free for them to take and do whatever with. hell, the decades-long legal battle over the work of my all-time favorite writer is a nightmare no artist should have to endure. /shudder)
